Water jet technology

In order to utilize the power of water, tools are required that are designed accordingly and tailored optimally to the respective task. While Hammelmann high-pressure pumps provide the high-pressure water, we additionally offer a comprehensive selection of water jet tools. You benefit from an all-round package of high-pressure technology that is based on the knowledge and experience gained from both areas and perfectly synchronized.

All Applications

Aquablast® are carriers with spray bars that can be used for cleaning, decoating and removing markings on surfaces using high-pressure water and direct suction.

Aquablast® Plus are carriers with spray bars that are used for cleaning surfaces with high-pressure water while suctioning off the removed waste material and wastewater.

The hand-operated floor cleaner with optional direct suction has been designed for universal use and it makes possible numerous applications. A rotating spray bar ensures that you achieve optimum cleaning performance.

The Aquablast® Line is a device for cleaning and decoating vertical or vertically inclined surfaces. It is particularly suited to treating rusted areas and/or surfaces with similar damage.

The Aquablast® Drive is a driver-controlled vehicle with cabin with an Aquablast® Plus cleaning and vacuuming system. Developed for large surfaces.

Aquamat® tank cleaning units remove deposits and incrustations from the inner and outer walls of tanks and tank installations at operating pressures of up to 1800 bar.

When combined with the guide sled, Aquamat® tank cleaning units can be used for pipe cleaning. They move forward in the pipe automatically thanks to an additional kick plate.

Aquarex® tank cleaning devices for cleaning different tank and vessel designs. Highly integrated and specially adapted to the individual conditions on site.

The Dockboy is a semi-automatic cleaning and vacuuming system for working on the underside of ships and other steel surfaces.

The Dockmate works with water pressures of up to 3000 bar. In contrast to dry blasting methods, the Dockmate removes coatings without dust.

A remote-controlled cleaning device, usually used for removing paint from ships. In contrast to the Dockmate, the Dockmaster is already equipped with the necessary high-pressure unit.

Spiderjets® are remote-controlled cleaning vehicles with direct suction, which remain affixed to the surface to be cleaned via magnet and/or vacuum.

Mechanical assistance for working with single or rotor jets and Aquablast® surface cleaners.

The Jetmate ensures effortless, recoil-free operation. The free-hanging cleaning tool can be moved easily on all axes.

High-pressure spray guns allow for ergonomic and safe handling of all water tools attached to them.

Handheld rotor jets combine the properties of round and fan jet nozzles. Manual rotor jets are suitable for operation with high-pressure spray guns and lances.

Mechanically driven rotor jets are designed for high pump capacities and are installed in special cleaning devices that are often developed individually.

Rotary drives are combined with nozzle holders to form process-integrated application systems that can be powered hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically.

With the help of the centralizer, rotor jets with extension pipes are drawn centrally into the pipe to be cleaned.

The sled can be adapted according to different pipe diameters. It centers the rotor jet securely in the pipe to be cleaned.
